We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. If you carry dental insurance, we will accept assignment of benefits after the first visit.

Our practice accepts most dental insurance programs used by major employers in our area. Dr. Daniels is a participating dentist in Delta Dental of Arizona.

We do not participate in managed care, HMO programs.
